● Performing CPR for Different Age Groups
Learn how to administer chest compressions and rescue breaths for infants, children, and adults to help restore breathing and circulation during a medical emergency.
● Using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Understand how to safely operate an AED, follow voice instructions, and correctly position the pads to improve survival chances during sudden cardiac arrest.
● Helping Someone Who Is Choking
Recognize signs of choking and use effective techniques like back blows and abdominal thrusts to clear blocked airways for individuals of all ages.
● Managing Bleeding and Wounds
Learn how to control bleeding, clean wounds, and apply bandages correctly to prevent infection and further complications for cuts, burns, and other injuries.
● Responding to Critical Medical Conditions
Identify symptoms of shock, heart attacks, and strokes, and provide immediate first aid while waiting for emergency medical assistance.
